To be honest, we have learned, over time, how difficult this is to do. Schedules get revised, equipment goes down, product specifications change. Our challenge was to build a team of dedicated professionals that completely understand the importance of on-time delivery and go the extra mile to make it happen. We’re not perfect yet, but our goal is 100% OTD.

QUALITY STANDARDS
AUSCO’s Quality Management System focuses on continued process improvement, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are a registered ISO9001: 2015/AS9100:2016 organization. Our Quality commitment tracks every phase of product activity, beginning with design, through fabrication, assembly, test, final inspection, delivery, and service.
We utilize advanced inspection equipment including a large format CMM, laser, and optical inspection technology to support cost effective quality adherence in process and through final conformance validation.
This rigorous Quality Management System is reflective of our dedication to achieve 100% acceptance by our customers. We maintain “Delegated Inspection” status from many Primes and Major Tier One System Integrators and, we conduct internal audits on our entire organization.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Speed is important, but being in a hurry adds to development time if mistakes are made. Through our Operational Excellence program initiated in 2017 we are able to cut design time and risk. Our process approach touches every aspect of a program through: initiation, Design, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Distribution.
