Vertical Integration

AUSCO’s Manufacturing group works in close concert with Engineering from early design planning through prototype, qualification, and full rate manufacturing. We maintain near vertical integration, performing all machining, assembly and production testing in-house. Outside sourcing is limited to special processing and simple commodity items. AUSCO is on Lean Journey striving to offer our customers the highest valued products possible.
 
AUSCO performs all Primary Machining and the Secondary Operations, outsourcing some of the special processing. Utilizing our Modern Machining Centers Including: Tsugami, Hardinge, Doosan, Okuma, and Kira Machines – 3 Axis CNC Lathes, Swiss Screw Lathes, and 5 Axis Mills.
 

Primary machining holds to 0.0002 in, 100 millionths of an inch on secondaries on bar from 0.050 inch to 3.5 inches OD Bar.

Our fleet of machining centers comprises current technology for MultiAxis Lathes, Swiss CNC Machines and 5 Axis CNC Mills from leading equipment manufacturers.
 

Assembly

AUSCO has a highly skilled labor force with a tenure averaging 25 years of service assembling high precision valves with diametrical clearances in the hundreds of millionths of an inch. Our people are accustomed to assembling Complex Assemblies. We produce valves in quantities of one to several thousand per year per part number.
 

 

100% Testing on All Final Assemblies

AUSCO has a highly skilled labor force with a tenure averaging 25 years of service.  We machine and assemble high precision valves with diametrical clearances within a hundred millionths of an inch. We produce valves in quantities from tens to several thousand per year per part number.
